A tropical paradise!

We believe we're offering our guests 'home-from-home' at Buscarro. We include bed linen and towels for all our visitors. Both inside and out we've tried to think of everything you may possibly require from your Denia holiday accommodation.........

Holiday villa interior

Both the Casita and El Buscarro offer self-contained facilities on one level. Each has lounge with beamed ceiling (with sofas/TV/DVD/CD/MP3 port), large kitchen with hob/oven, fridge/freezer, microwave, washing machine, and dishwasher (main house). There are various dining areas indoor and outdoor (incl. awnings).

El Buscarro's kitchen and bathrooms are brand new, the main bedroom having a uniquely-designed walk-in 'dressing area' and follow-through ensuite. The main bathroom has full-size bath as well as shower. There are 2 double bedrooms and one twin, each with built-in or free-standing wardrobes.

The Casita bathroom has sunken bath in addition to shower and en-suite access from the main bedroom, which is a large double. In addition, there is a twin bedroom. Both have wardrobes.

The studio has its own ensuite bathroom, single and sofa beds, built-in wardrobes and a small kitchenette.

Spacious Spanish character has been retained throughout the property, with stone features, traditional wooden doors and beams. Windows have insect screens and there are bedroom fans or air con in each part of the property. High chair and cots can be provided by advanced request. For winter there is central heating in both houses. We provide iron/board and games/books.

Winter lets can have log fires in the main house.

Holiday villa grounds & pool

Our extensive tropical gardens and unique pool provide a setting that is very special for a rental property. Children love exploring the grounds, finding dens and hiding places.

The grounds are watered 3/4 times a week by sprinklers and water pipes to keep them lush in the Spanish sunshine. At different times of the year you may be able to pick fresh from the trees: almonds, figs, olives, pomegranates, clementines, and of course oranges and lemons for home-made orangeade and lemonade.

The lovely pool has gradual steps in and can accommodate everyone at once if required, given its size!

There is electric gate entry into the grounds and a shady parking area for a number of vehicles. Families with small children will find the property secure.

The studio apartment has its own entrance and is located above the main house. Off the casita is a courtyard filled with bourgainvillea and other colourful succulents. From here there are spiral stairs to the rooftop terrace. In the evening there is attractive lighting to the pool and across the grounds.

Buscarro has its own orange/lemon grove, colourful bourgainvillea and many palm trees of different types. Cacti and other succulents abound.

Holiday villa outside facilities & terraces

The rooftop terrace provides spectacular views across to the mountains for evening cocktails.

There are various terraces outside the properties and around the pool, providing both sunny and shady outdoor dining, relaxation areas and sunbathing.

There is a poolside shower and a large freestanding traditional Spanish BBQ complete with stone/marble table and chairs. We request smoking outside.

We have bicycles which we can loan our guests by advanced request.

We provide outside sunbeds, chairs & parasols all for our guests' use and there are always some beach/pool toys in the 'pool room'.
